Anvil Agrinomics provided MEP engineering services for The Forest, a 4,590 SF dispensary located at 3301 Boston St., Baltimore, MD 21224. The project involved remodeling an existing tenant space, requiring strategic adaptation of existing HVAC systems, electrical panels, and building services to support new operational requirements.

Close coordination with the landlord was essential to align the building’s MEP infrastructure with the dispensary’s performance needs. Anvil Agrinomics delivered solutions that supported system upgrades while maintaining efficiency and minimizing disruption to existing utilities.

Completed for Standard Wellness Maryland, the project showcases how thoughtful engineering can support modern retail environments through seamless integration of lighting, controls, and mechanical systems.
